Post-Tension Repair at 1425 New York Avenue

From February to October 2014, CP&R provided post-tension repair at a sub-grade parking garage located at 1425 New York Avenue, Washington, DC. The original garage structure was built around 1985. The garage consists of three elevated levels and one mat slab foundation that is also constructed with post tension cables. Therefore, CP&R completed full depth repair at the flat slabs, partial depth overhead repairs at the flat slabs as well as vertical partial depth repairs at the walls, beams, elevated decks, soffits, columns, and storage room at each garage level. We are proud of completing yet another successful project.
Check out some pictures of the project!
